Conference registration fee includes access to all sessions, conference materials, and three breakfast tickets for the Wandering Horse Buffet that may be used during the conference.

  • Check-in is 4:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Guests arriving prior to 4:00 pm will be assigned accommodations as they become available.
  • Please note guests checking in to the hotel are responsible for room total, taxes, bellman gratuities, housekeeping gratuities and all incidentals.
  • All guests are required to provide a valid credit card and identification when checking in at the front desk.

Gratuities/Service Charge Notice:   When registering online please note that bellman gratuities are $10.00 per room and housekeeping gratuities are $3.00 per room, per night. Individual guests are responsible for these charges which will automatically be posted to the guest’s individual account.


A form of payment must be received by A+ Educators by Monday, February 6, 2017.  A+ Educators accepts checks, purchase orders, and credit cards through Pay Pal. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to pay for your registration. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available. If you plan to register on site, please contact us to insure space availability.


Should you need to cancel your registration, you must do so on or before MONDAY, FEBRUARY 6, 2017 to receive a full refund.  Cancellations made after Monday, February 6, 2017 will result in a $100.00 cancellation fee.
